All participants must be at least 12 years of age.  Participants must be at least 18 years of age to win a shotgun or rifle and at least 21 years of age to win a handgun.  Thus, juniors who participate in WRSA sponsored charity shoots may compete for trophies and non-firearm and non-ammunition prizes only.  No exceptions are permitted and no one (parent, guardian or other) may sign FFL forms in order to transfer gun ownership to a junior.  All junior participants must have their parent or legal guardian sign the liability release form before the junior will be allowed to shoot.  No exceptions are permitted.
