NSCA Rule Book Page 22 & 23 Must have 300 targets or shoot in penalty class at your State, Zone, US Open, and National shoot. We did have several shooters that shot in pentaly class so please make note of this and if you received punches be sure and read that you have to stay in the class you received the punches in.
e. To be eligible for class prizes, monies and/or awards at State Shoots, a shooter must have shot a minimum of 300 registered targets in the current year, prior to 23 the shoot. The Preliminary Events do not count towards minimum targets unless they are held under a separate shoot number. Example: If a shooter does not have a minimum of 300 targets, he/she shall shoot every event at the shoot and win prizes, monies and/or awards in a penalty class, one class above his/her current class. No State Shoot shall require more or less than the 300 target minimum. f. Following the State Shoot all shooters who were placed in a penalty class as a result of their failure to meet the 300 registered target requirement, will return to their original class, with the following exceptions: If the shooter earns a punch or punches in the penalty class they will remain in that penalty class for the remainder of the shoot year. If the shooter was originally in class E and the newly assigned higher class, based on penalty class, is class D, and if the shooter subsequently wins sufficient punches in the event, he will advance to class C.

Everything is double checked and corrected, punches and All American points are posted. Thank you to all for your support and patience in allowing me to score the event. Your patience in my learning, recording, posting at the shoot and on the Internet is appreciated. This was my first large shoot and there is definitely a lot more to it.
